Returns & Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to size, style, or other concerns, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Return Terms

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only, valid for 3 months on our website.

  • Store credit will be issued for the full value of your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔️ In the same condition as received
✔️ Unworn and unused
✔️ With tags attached and in original packaging
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@murgabi.in to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

🚨 Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

 


 

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a resolution.

 


 

Can I exchange an item for a different product?

If you return an item, you will receive in-store credit valid exclusively on our website for 3 months from the date of issuance.

 


 

When will I receive my replacement item?

We will dispatch your replacement within 48 hours of your exchange request. Delivery typically takes 7-8 business days.

 


 

What items are not eligible for exchange?

Custom / made to order products are not eligible for exchange.

 


 

Are made to order products eligible for return or exchange?

No, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we do offer alterations if needed.

 


 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please email us at info@murgabi.in within 24 hours of placing your order. Provide your order ID and a statement indicating the reason for cancellation.
