Collection: Naga Weave

The Nagaland hand woven fabric is a proud assertion of identity. These bright weaves are a signature of an individual’s tribe. Nagaland is home to as many as 16 major tribes and other tribal groupings. Naga weaves are created on one of the oldest kinds of looms, called the loin loom or the back-strap loom, and used by tribes in Nagaland, even today.
